This place is fantastic. A beautiful lodge in a peaceful spot. The Yorkshire Lodge sits in a slightly elevated spot amongst a few other cabins next to a stream. You will wake to the gentle twitter of small birds and lovely sunrises.
Surrounded … More by fields and woods, albeit a little hilly in places, that any walker and dog will revel in. The cabins are spaced,and landscaped, enough to afford some privacy.
The single, gravel track down to the lodges is steep at points, and undulating, and I would imagine that in the winter a 4 wheel drive would be advantageous.
The lodge had all the amenities you'd need and the shower was a welcome surprise. Kelly was very friendly and helpful. -

Cannot fault it. Set in a beautiful, tranquil location with sheep for neighbours. I have just stayed for 4 nights. The lodge is immaculate, so clean and they provided everything you could possibly need including a welcome basket and milk … More in the fridge. The shower was amazing!
